Returns
Return timeframe
You have a period of 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any item or items that are not suitable.
Return policy
To be able to return your package, you must download and print the voucher or the reimbursement voucher according to your request by indicating all the order information.
Damaged, spoiled, sweat-stained, or tagless items that suggest the garment has been worn will not be eligible for exchange or refund. They will be automatically returned to you once the return shipping fees have been paid.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund beyond two successive orders.
You must return your items using Colissimo with tracking. If the package is lost, you will be asked to provide this tracking number, and you will then be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total order value.
Exceptions
All items on sale or on promotion are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
